Creston Children's Dental Clinic

Preventative and restorative dental care for K-12 children enrolled in Portland Public Schools, who have OHP insurance through ODS, Capitol Dental or Advantage Dental, and children who are uninsured and qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Our clinic is open 9am to 3:30pm, Tuesday through Friday. If you call outside of those hours, we will return your call as soon as possible. If your child has OHP, please have their client ID number available.
